Competition Terms and Conditions for Immense Festival Ticket Giveaway
These competition terms and conditions apply to the giveaway of 5 tickets to the Immense Festival, hosted by Immense Festival on Facebook and Instagram. By participating in the competition, you agree to these terms.
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Immense Festival.
2. Participation
The competition is open to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Denmark.
Employees of Immense Festival and their household members are not eligible to participate.
Participation in the competition is free, and requires a Facebook or Instagram profile.
3. Competition Period
The competition runs from July 30, 2024, to July 31, 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
4. How to Participate
To participate in the competition, you must tell is who you would like to share the prize with.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The drawing will take place on July 31, 2024.
The winner will be contacted directly via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Immense Festival reserves the right to draw a new winner.
6. Prize
The prize consists of 5 tickets to the Immense Festival.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Any costs associated with the collection or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Liability
Immense Festival accepts no responsibility for any technical issues on Facebook that may prevent participation or affect the competition.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
8. Personal Data
By participating in the competition, participants agree that Immense Festival may process their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The information will only be used in connection with this competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
9. Other Terms
Immense Festival reserves the right to change the competition terms or cancel the competition without notice if necessary.
